Creative Sourabh Group (CS Groups) provides business and growth consultations, memberships, webinars, strategy resources and related advisory services. Our consultations offer guidance and recommendations based on the information you share; they do not guarantee any specific business, financial or commercial outcome.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

• Consultations are delivered at the scheduled time via the meeting platform indicated at booking.
• Please join on time; sessions may not be extended for late arrivals.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and any notice period communicated at booking.
• We may reschedule a session in case of unforeseen circumstances and will offer you an alternative slot.

• Memberships grant access to the benefits described on the relevant plan page for the subscription period.
• Subscriptions renew as described at purchase unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We may revise plans, benefits or pricing; changes will not affect an already-active billing period.

Fees are payable in advance through our payment partners. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
• Resell, redistribute or share paid sessions, recordings or materials without our written consent.
• Disrupt, damage or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

All content, materials, frameworks and resources provided by Creative Sourabh Group (CS Groups) remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own business; you may not copy, distribute or commercialise them without permission.

We treat the business information you share during consultations as confidential and use it only to advise you, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Our advice is provided in good faith and for your consideration. You are responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Sourabh Group (CS Groups) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are breached. You may stop using our services at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
