Refund Policy

• Cancellation by you: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund or a free reschedule.
• Late cancellation / no-show: Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or missed sessions without notice, are not eligible for a refund. You may request a one-time reschedule at our discretion.
• Cancellation by us: If we cancel or are unable to deliver your session, you will receive a full refund or a reschedule at a time that suits you — your choice.
• Completed sessions: Once a consultation has been delivered, it is non-refundable, as the service has been rendered.

• Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and benefits have been made available.
• You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review the matter promptly.

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Once processed, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Promotional, discounted or bundled purchases may carry specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Where such terms apply, they take precedence over the general terms above.
