What gets deleted

• Your profile, résumé and any documents you uploaded
• Your saved jobs and job alert preferences
• Your account, sign-in details and active sessions
• Your notification and marketing preferences

What we have to keep

Some records cannot be removed on request, and we would rather say so than promise otherwise:

• Applications a hiring team has already reviewed, and any interview or offer record attached to them.
• Certificates we have issued, because they carry a public verification link that an employer may check long after you have left.
• Invoices, payments and other records we are required to retain under Indian tax and accounting law.

These are kept without your contact details attached, are not used to reach you again, and are removed once the retention period they are held under ends.

How long it takes

We action deletion requests within 30 days. You will get an email confirming the request with the date we have committed to, and nothing is removed before then — so you can change your mind by cancelling the request or replying to that email.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to the phone number or email on the account, contact us and we will verify who you are another way before acting on the request. We will never delete an account on an unverified request — that would let anybody erase somebody else's job history.
