Each project is customized as per the client’s needs and is bound by the scope discussed during onboarding.

2. Engagement and Acceptance

By signing a proposal, submitting payment, or giving written/verbal confirmation, you agree to our terms, scope of service, and timelines. We reserve the right to accept or reject any project at our sole discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Share necessary documents, content, and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments as per agreed schedule
• Be available for scheduled discussions and feedback reviews

Failure to cooperate may affect the timeline and quality of service, for which CS Groups will not be held liable.

4. Payment Terms

• All services are payable in advance unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
• Payment shall be made via Razorpay, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved modes.
• GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per government norms.
• Late payments may result in delay or suspension of services.

5. Timelines and Delivery

We strive to deliver all projects on time. Standard timelines are:

• Website Development: 10–25 working days
• SEO and Ads Setup: 3–5 working days
• Social Media Management: Weekly calendar-based
• Consulting: Within 3–7 working days of onboarding

Timelines may shift due to scope changes, delays in client inputs, or technical limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

• All original content, creatives, and code developed by CS Groups remain the property of CS Groups until full payment is received.
• After full payment, applicable deliverables (website files, strategy documents) become the property of the client.
• Client must ensure they have rights to all content (logos, images, videos) shared with us for service execution.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared between CS Groups and the client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when legally required.

8. Limitation of Liability

• CS Groups shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service involved.
• We are not responsible for loss of traffic, leads, or revenue due to third-party issues (platform bans, downtime, etc.).

9. Modifications & Cancellations

• Any request for change in scope must be discussed in writing and may result in additional charges or revised timelines.
• CS Groups reserves the right to cancel any ongoing project due to non-cooperation, non-payment, or unethical behavior.
• Clients may cancel the service before the start of project execution as per our refund policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City/State], India.
